1.what is the scale of YUZU company?
YUZU company established in 1994, and specialized in making X’mas trees, garlands , wreathes , and decoration trees .Has a landscape of 10.000 square meters .Locate at TaiZhou city, ZheJiang
Province.The capacity is 2X40HQ per day . We have 350 workers and 40 production lines. The capacity is 4-5 million US& per year.
2.How does the company control quality of goods?
We have more than 20 QC, distributes in the different working procedure. Firstly ,we have a very
strict inspection for raw materials. Secondly, we carry out 15% semi-finished goods from every workshop for exam. And abandon which we not pass. Finally, we also carry out 15% from the goods already finish. If we find there has 5% goods disqualification, we will check all the goods to guarantee 100% goods in good quality.
3.How about the delivery date?
Usually we ship goods after 45 days to received order. But in the peak time it will need 60 days.
Sometimes, if we can not meet the delivery date , we will contact our clients in advance to avoid any lose of our customers.
4.How does clients ask for samples?
There are two ways,
1),We design new samples every year for clients choose.
2),We can also make samples as clients’ design ,
All samples for customers are free but the freight collect.
5.How does we quote price?
Our company is near from NingBo port , so we offer FOB NingBo price. We can also offer C&F price .
In addition we offer different price for different QTY 40FCL,5X40FCL & 10x40FCL.
6.How about the MOQ?
The MOQ is 1X40FCL no more than 5 different items.
7.What are the terms of payments?
We accept 30% deposit by T/T ,the balance will payable within three days after receive copy of
Bill of Lading. Or L/C at sight.
8.How about the after service?
We has a track service for every shipped goods, We will ask clients about the sale conditions and the problems which they meet during sales as well as the good suggestions. We will be able to improve with every effort in order to the futurecooperation will be smoother.
9.How about the customer policy?
For the new customer we will try our best to satisfy their requests and we can accept their trial order. And we have favourable policy for old customers that is if they place order before March we can offer 3% discount .
10.How do we manage the sample from customers?
We keep secret for the samples from customer, after checking and copying we put the samples in our special storeroom. Or we send back to clients if they request.
